North London – Teaching Assistant role – Immediate start
Primary Teaching Assistant role now available to start ASAP at this vibrant and supportive primary school located in North London.
Joining the support staff team as a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering learning interventions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Providing a supportive and positive learning environment where students can thrive personally and academically
- Assisting with the delivery of an exciting and broad curriculum
- Supporting children with SEND within the classroom
- Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing activities
- Helping children to develop their confidence and ensuring they feel valued within an inclusive learning environment
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely and collaboratively with a team of passionate staff to ensure every child’s needs are met and that each child develops a lifelong love of learning.
This is a full time and ongoing position to last until the end of the academic year in July, with the chance for it to become permanent in the future too and opportunities for career development.
