Ethos Education is recruiting a Spanish Teacher for a selective secondary school in Kent. This permanent Spanish Teacher role includes teaching Spanish at KS3, KS4 and KS5, including A Level Spanish, within a successful Modern Foreign Languages department. Suitable for an experienced Spanish Teacher, Teacher of Spanish or ambitious ECT.
Spanish is a popular subject within the school, with strong uptake at GCSE and A Level. Students are academically motivated, lessons are purposeful and the department benefits from a well established curriculum and strong sixth form provision.

Spanish Teacher Role
• Teaching Spanish at KS3, KS4 and KS5
• Teaching GCSE Spanish and A Level Spanish
• Delivering engaging lessons that develop confidence in speaking, reading and writing Spanish
• Supporting student progress and achievement across all key stages
• Contributing to enrichment opportunities, trips and wider MFL activities
• Working collaboratively within the Modern Foreign Languages department
• Permanent Spanish teaching position suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers
The MFL Department
Modern Foreign Languages is a valued part of the curriculum, with strong examination outcomes and healthy uptake into sixth form. Students are encouraged to develop cultural awareness alongside language skills and the department works collaboratively to ensure a consistent and engaging learning experience.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in Spanish or a related subject
• Strong Spanish subject knowledge
• Ability to teach Spanish at KS3 and KS4
• Ability or willingness to teach A Level Spanish desirable
• Commitment to high standards and student achievement
• ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
