SEN Teaching Assistant

An inclusive and happy primary school in Putney now has a new SEN Teaching Assistant position available. Working as a full time SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting a range of ages, needs and abilities, making this a varied and rewarding role.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN, following their individualised plans
  • Preparing and delivering lessons and activities that focus on developing communication and social skills.
  • Ensuring children are making good progress and adapting the curriculum to their level.
  • Assisting with feeding and activities at lunch and break time.

For the successful SEN Teaching Assistant, there is a full-time role available working from 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required for this role and previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential.
