We’re looking for a caring and reliable Learning Support Assistant to join our team this September. You’ll be working in one of our specialist classes, supporting children with autism and other neurodiverse needs.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in helping pupils feel calm, confident, and able to learn. The team is experienced, welcoming, and passionate about making a difference every day.
What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children with SEND, particularly autism

A patient, positive attitude and good communication skills

Comfortable supporting emotional regulation and, when needed, personal care

A valid DBS or willingness to get one
