Science is a highly valued subject within this successful Surrey secondary school. A permanent opportunity has become available for a Science Teacher from September 2026.
This Science Teacher role includes teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach Biology, Chemistry or Physics at KS5 depending on specialism and experience.
Students are curious, engaged and respond well to practical learning. The Science department is well established, with shared resources, specialist facilities and a collaborative culture that supports both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers.
Science Teacher Role
• Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
• Opportunity to teach Biology, Chemistry or Physics at KS5
• Preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations
• Delivering practical and theory-based Science lessons
• Working within a successful Science department
The Successful Candidate
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related Science subject
• Ability to teach Science at KS3 and KS4
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom practice
• ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
