What We’re Looking For:
A confident, experienced practitioner ready to lead the 1–2s room. You’ll bring energy, warmth, and a strong understanding of early years development.

Level 3 qualification preferred (will consider those with experience and/or working towards qualifications)
- Able to lead a team and plan engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
