Job Title: Learning Support Assistant – Long-Term Supply
Location: South London (New Addington area, Croydon)
Rate: 90 to 120 per day
Contract: One term, with extension likelihood to end of year
About the Role
A well-established primary school in the New Addington area is seeking an LSA for a long-term supply placement. You’ll provide targeted support to pupils in Year 3 and 4, working one-to-one and in small groups. Responsibilities include delivering interventions, supporting access to lessons, assisting with behaviour management, and building positive relationships with pupils and families.
The school values support staff and creates a collaborative team environment. Planning is shared, expectations are clear, and you’ll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO.

- Proven experience working as an LSA or teaching assistant
- Understanding of early Key Stage 2 learning needs
- Strong communication and observation skills
