As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support children within the Early Years, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities. The role will include supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, helping children develop their communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
The ideal Early Years Teaching Assistant will be passionate about supporting young children. Previous experience working in an EYFS setting, nursery, or primary school would be highly beneficial, and an Early Years or childcare qualification would be an advantage.
