Working full time Monday-Friday in a permanent role, it is essential for you to hold a relevant qualification in Childcare or Early Years, and as an Early Years Practitioner you should have prior experience working with young children within a nursery or a childcare setting.
Located in Ruislip, there are plenty of public transport links including bus routes and tubes, as well as access to parking, making it an ideal location. The nursery has its own private garden & play area, specialist rooms and a dedicated library, and is located near a lovely park!
We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner who can:
- Plan and lead activities to stimulate children’s minds, creativity and imagination based on the Early Years curriculum
- Show a real passion for childcare and for EYFS
- Encourage interactive play-based activities and exploration to promote learning and development
- Form and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment where every child is supported and is able to grow and thrive
- Follow the EYFS curriculum to assist with early reading and early maths skills development
- Support children’s personal, social and emotional development from a young age
- Collaborate with a team of likeminded hardworking Early Years staff
