Early Years Practitioner – Kentish Town
Make a difference to children’s development from a young age as an Early Years Practitioner in an inclusive nursery located in Kentish Town.
Working full time Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm, the suitable Early Years Practitioner should hold a relevant qualification in Childcare or Early Years, and previous experience working in a childcare setting would be desirable.
As an Early Years Practitioner, some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Follow the EYFS curriculum to assist children with the development of early reading and early maths skills
- Support children with their personal, social and emotional development
- Have extensive knowledge of early childhood development
- Provide a safe, supportive, stimulating and language-rich environment for children
- Encourage development through play and exploration, leading and assisting with activities that stimulate children’s imagination and creativity
- Be able to work collaboratively within a team and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
