Salary: MPS to UPS (Fringe pay scale)
Ethos Education is recruiting a Business Studies Teacher for a secondary school set just outside Dorking, on the edge of the Surrey Hills. This is a permanent role starting in September.
The school draws from a wide catchment across Surrey. Students choose Business at both GCSE and A Level, and there is a consistent uptake at KS5, so you are teaching a subject that students want to be in.
The role
• Teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
• Preparing students for GCSE and A Level Business
• Delivering structured lessons with clear explanations
• Using shared schemes of work and departmental resources
• Contributing to a collaborative department

The candidate
• Qualified Teacher Status
• Degree in Business, Economics or related subject
• Experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and ideally KS5
• Able to keep lessons focused and well paced
