Ethos Education are helping a Oxford based Primary school secure a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in a Year 6 class.
This HLTA role has real career progression towards teacher training.
You will be supporting Year 5 & 6 classes, working term time only 8am-4pm.
Salary: Starting actual salary on OCC Grade 8 of £26,411, 39 weeks including INSET days.
As a HLTA, you will be working alongside the Assistant Headteacher & given some classroom teaching responsibilities.
This is a very diverse school with pupils from different cultures and backgrounds. 2 form Primary school entry with under 400 pupils. Opened in 2013, this is a dynamic, forward thinking school & has excellent leadership and parental feedback.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for fostering resilience, independence, supporting pupil progress and more.
