We are supporting an excellent Headteacher (also a National Leader for Education) hire for a number of SEND schools located in Buckinghamshire. If you are an enthusiastic, dynamic, empathetic and warm hearted teacher you could be working with very small. classes. Pupils are experienced behavioural, complex needs and often from very challenging backgrounds. 

You will be based in a High Wycombe, Secondary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in High Wycombe for 11 to 18-year-olds – Primary teachers are very welcome to apply. The school are looking for teachers who can take a trauma approached and nurturing attitude. As a SEND teacher, you will be well supported by SEMH Teaching Assistants.
