A long-term KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant role is now available at a warm and welcoming primary school in Barnet.
As a KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be:
- Supporting children with SEN so that they can access the full curriculum.
- Creating a safe and supportive learning environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.
- Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing.
- Helping children regulate their emotions.
- Building a rapport with the students.
- A role model and someone the children can trust.
- Working with children in Key Stage 2
- Able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Working as a SEN Teaching Assistant is highly rewarding – you will leave every day knowing you’ve made a difference, and as you will be working long term until the end of the academic year in 2025 you will be able to see the progress you help your key children make over the course of the year.
