We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional subject specialist to join our Humanities department as Second in Charge. With our school located in beautiful Buckinghamshire, including the Chiltern’s, you’ll have easy access to commuter links into London, making it an ideal base for exploration and travel.
Our dynamic and enthusiastic department consists of 12 subject specialists who work collaboratively to ensure the ongoing success of our pupils and the department. We strive to provide the best education by working efficiently within subjects and across Key Stages. Our team is driven by a strong moral and work ethic, enabling us to support students in achieving their full potential within a safe and adapted environment.
The Humanities department offers a wide range of subjects at GCSE, including History, Geography, Religious Studies, Psychology, and Sociology. We also offer Law and Politics at KS5. We are looking for a well-rounded subject specialist who can teach both GCSE and A-level pupils, preferably in Geography, Sociology, History, or Psychology. However, we welcome applications from candidates with other Humanities specialisms who are eager to take the next step in their career.
