If you are an enthusiastic, dynamic, empathetic and warm hearted teaching assistant / behavioural support role you could be working with very small. classes. Pupils are experienced behavioural, complex needs and often from very challenging backgrounds.
You will be based in Aylesbury – Buckinghamshire. Primary or secondary TA’s are very welcome to apply. The school are looking for TA’s who can take a trauma approached and nurturing attitude. You will need resilience but well backed by very experienced teachers.
