Learning Support Assistant role to start ASAP at a vibrant and diverse primary school in Haringey, North London.

Working long term and full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm) as an LSA, your days will be spent:
- Delivering interventions and monitoring the progress of children with SEND, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Supporting non-verbal children with appropriate Speech and Language activities
- Creating a positive learning environment where every child is made to feel safe and supported, and is able to thrive
- Supporting children with SEND to reach their full potential and access the full curriculum
- Working closely with class teachers to plan sessions based on progress
As this is an ongoing Learning Support Assistant position expected to last until the end of the academic year, you will be able to see firsthand how each of your key children progress and the development they make across the school year as a result of your support! There is also the possibility for the role to become permanent in the future.
