Located close to Sussex University, only a 9 minute train journey to the station from Brighton or a 20 min drive on the A27 road or via the regular buses.
Brighton itself is a very desirable location to teach, 30 mins to Gatwick Airport, 50 mins via rail to London Victoria, 1 hour to Chichester or Hastings. Always something going on in Brighton, from Pride to Burning of the Clocks festival – a very vibrant place to be based. Great vintage shopping in the Laneways, quality restaurants, bars, pubs and sound nightlife. Eclectic, diverse community with lovely Sussex villages & the South Downs Way to explore.
