Ethos Education are supporting a coastal Essex school hire a English teacher. Starting September 2024 & permanent full time English teaching post.
This role is open to English ECT’s & also experienced English teachers.
The school is located in Southend on Sea. This area has had a revival post Covid & holds some British charm as a seaside location. With train lines running frequently into London, any English teacher can visit a show on the weekend in the city. 1 hour by rain to London Liverpool Lime Street.
You will need to be an inspiring English teacher, able to teach novels, poetry, comprehension, reading, writing, literature and language.
Excellent IT facilities will support your innovative lessons. A willingness to be involved in extracurricular activities in key. You will be working as part of an improving school with a “good” overview and able to buy into the vision of the academy trust.
