Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced educator to join our senior leadership team as Assistant Principal. The successful candidate will play a key role in the school’s ongoing success by providing strategic direction and supporting the implementation of our vision, values and educational objectives.
As Assistant Principal, you will work collaboratively with the Principal, senior leadership team and teaching staff to create a positive learning environment for our students. You will be responsible for leading and managing key areas of the school, including:
- Curriculum design and implementation
- Teaching and learning standards
- Student progress and achievement
- Student behaviour and welfare
- Staff development and performance management
- School operations and resources
You will also act as a role model for the school community, demonstrating high levels of professionalism, integrity and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
